An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Estates and Facilities Management team at the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) for Hampshire & Isle of Wight (IOW) for a Project Manager.
The OPCC Estates team is responsible for over 130 properties which are provided for the use of Hampshire & IOW Constabulary. The estate has a broad mixture of properties and an even broader range of age and conditions which need to be managed. As part of the estates continued development to support the Police and Crime Commissioner's Estates Strategy, the estate needs to be invested in and developed to keep up with the demands of Hampshire & IOW Constabulary.
The role will lead project activities of various types and sizes to do with the physical estate, developing statements of need as required and bring forward procurement exercises to deliver the identified activities, working with Hampshire County Council (HCC) Finance and the Program Delivery Lead to ensure that the identified need is being met and that the proposals are the best course of action to take.
With a passion for collaborative and partnership working and delivering successful outcomes, you will be confident in communication and engagement with staff and have previous experience in a project management position within the estates or facilities industry and hold relevant recognised project management qualifications.
