Marketing & Communication Coordinator - ATG Productions
The Ambassador Theatre Group is an extraordinary success story in the live entertainment industry. Founded in 1992 in the UK, we’ve grown into the world’s number one live-theatre company today. We cover every discipline in the theatre industry, from operating venues to producing shows and ticketing, through our industry-leading sites ATGtickets.com, LOVEtheatre and Group Line. We are passionate about great shows and our ambition is to help them find the largest possible audiences.
ATG Productions is an international theatrical production company – dedicated to producing critically acclaimed, commercially successful and creatively ambitious work for the West End, Broadway and beyond. We are the in-house producers of the world’s largest live theatre company (Ambassador Theatre Group) – and place partnerships and creative excellence at our core.
Shows that we currently produce include the seven-time Olivier Award-winning Cabaret at the Kit Kat Club (extending in London and opening on Broadway in the Spring), Pretty Woman: The Musical, Sunset Boulevard, I Should Be So Lucky: The Stock Aitken Waterman Musical and Plaza Suite.
We are also proud to partner with director and long-term collaborator Jamie Lloyd in the running and producing of The Jamie Lloyd Company.
The Role
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator will support the Head of Production Marketing in all matters relating to the marketing of West End, Broadway and touring theatre shows produced by ATG Productions. They will play an important role in the ATG Productions team, working effectively with their colleagues to present work of the highest quality.
They will also take full ownership of communications with our partners (for example co-producers and investors). This will involve the creation, management and distribution of all assets.
In this new role, you’ll work closely with marketing agencies, press representatives, the Producers, General Managers and other internal ATG departments, as well as diverse stakeholders including producing and general management partners with an interest in our shows. You’ll help us provide the highest levels of service and responsive communications with our colleagues and partners, maintaining our excellent working relationships and treating them with care and attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for theatre are essential to this role, alongside the core marketing, communication and administrative skills required. We are a busy, hardworking team in a dynamic and exciting industry.
