About the Role
Biomatics is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Project Manager to join our growing team to play a crucial role in our Healthcare Transformation project management service.
On a day-to-day basis you’ll:
- Manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of multiple medium / large projects
- Implement projects using procedures in accordance with our governance methodology
- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team and additional stakeholders
- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path
- Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools
- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
- Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyse results and troubleshoot problem areas
- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crisis, and devise contingency plans
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involve parties through the project life cycle
- Build, develop and grow any relationships vital to the success of the project
- Manage day-to-day client interaction and expectations for multiple projects
- Anticipate clients’ and health service needs and propose alternative solutions to meet the project scope and deadlines
- Grow long-term relationships with health tech providers and health service staff
About Us
Operating for almost five years, our Biomatics business has seen incredible growth with our team being at the heart of all that we do. We are looking for Project Managers who have experience of working with or in the NHS and who are enthusiastic about being a real team player.
About you
- PRINCE2 and/or an Agile Project Management practitioner
- Be proficient in project management methodologies, progress reporting, risk management and common project management tools
- Have a good understanding of NHS procurement, compliance and governance processes in both Primary & Secondary care. Inc. DPIA’s, CSO, Information Governance
- Have previous experience delivering multiple medium sized projects in multiple disciplines particularly within healthcare
- Have experience in management of third-party suppliers
- Have experience in working with multiple stakeholders, chairing project boards or similar governance forums
