Job description
- Structured training programme covering the services that we offer and our project management processes, Association for Project Management training to achieve APM Project Fundamentals Qualification, shadowing other project managers, site visits, and managing own projects.
- More emphasis on project management including leading projects, business administration and management development, Association for Project Management training to achieve APM Project Management Qualification, further qualifications through CICES and/or ILM.

- Contracts are for 40 hours per week.
- Accountable for weekly and monthly programme reporting.
- Accountable for daily and weekly planning of site operations.
- Accountable for ensuring client requirements are met on time, at the correct quality and at the right cost on each contract.
- Accountable for quality control and deliverable production processes on assigned contracts.
- Accountable for client relationship management.
- Accountable for updating project management and cost data in corporate systems.
- Engaging with clients from Senior representative to PM through to supervisors/gangs building our returned surveying outputs.
- Responsible for the creation and instruction of weekly work plan.
- Responsible for the provision of weekly performance reports including cost, production rates and work in progress status.
- Responsible for managing the supply chain arrangements on contracts both office and site.
- Supervising Contract Administrators to ensure production is at the right rate and all works are delivered and commercially closed; resolving issues from both from site and office.
- Lead or support process improvements to drive continual improvement and innovation.
- Lead ‘lessons learned’ sessions and contribute to the improvement of processes.
- Provide technical training and support to contract administrators on induction and for personal development of the team.
- Provide project brief to survey teams prior to each survey to ensure correct and complete survey results are obtained in line with client specifications.
- Expected to achieve or already achieved a Bachelor or Masters degree in an Engineering, Environmental or Science field. Other relevant industry degrees will also be considered.
- A positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Be equally effective working as part of a team as working independently.
- Eligible to work and live permanently in the UK.
- A full driver’s license and Be flexible in your approach to work location.

Starting Salary: £27,000.00 per annum.
