Bread Bread Bakery located in SE24.
We are an Artisan Bakery located in South East London, founded in 2010 our products are made to the highest quality using the best ingredients. Whilst we are a small bakery we make a large range of Breads, pastries and sweet treats. Our plans for the future are big and we have an excellent team working to help us achieve this.
In order to achieve these plans we are looking for a Bakery assistant to join our team. You will be working 45 hours a week across 5 shifts. The bakery is open 7 days a week and there will be weekend work. There will be an opportunity for paid overtime and 28 days holiday.
The main role of this position is to assist the bakery floor however you will be required to help out in other areas as and when required. Please see some of the roles below included but not limited to:
- Checking and unloading stock on arrival
- Assisting with ingredient preparation
- Ensures compliance with hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines
- Maintains the cleanliness of all food preparation areas to the standards determined by law and organization policy
- Preparing the production area
- packing & organizing
- Provide baker’s assistant services to bakers and chefs in a bakery set up.
- Ensuring the bakery is a well utilized and efficient workspace.
