Job Summary
We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our dedicated exhibition team based in the Business Design Centre, Islington.
The Project manager will work closely alongside the show organiser helping them to deliver all the graphics required for their exhibition. From initial walk through, to quoting, preparing artwork for print, overseeing production, and managing the install this role will cover the full range of project management.
Responsibilities and Duties
Responsibilities for the roles include;
- Liaising with clients
- Quoting projects
- Creating costs schedules
- Checking artwork
- Organising installers
- Communicating with production manager to optimise print queue
The following is required for this position:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Keen eye for details.
- A dedication to meet a client’s brief.
- A passion for graphics and design.
- Confidence talking to people.
- Ability to problem solve.
Qualifications and Skills
The right candidate will be confident working in all areas of Adobe CC but especially in Illustrator and Photoshop.
Experience in large format printing isn't essential as this will be taught on the job.
Overtime
Our clients sometimes require installation of their exhibitions to take place outside of working hours. As such, the ideal candidate will be flexible in the hours they work, understanding that sometimes weekend work is unavoidable. Contracted hours will be Monday to Friday 9am to 5:30pm with additional overtime paid for hours worked outside of these times.
The salary for this position is negotiable depending on experience.

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
