We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of project management and delivery whilst forging beautiful client relationships within the creative sector, to join our team on a fulltime, permanent basis.
As our Project Manager you will ensure that our creative projects are delivered in an efficient manner whilst ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of service possible. You will be accountable for the delivery of design projects across the full lifecycle, from briefing to completion/handover.
You will be experienced in managing projects and working with a creative team in a fast-paced design agency environment. Your understanding of disciplines such as research, strategy, 2D, 3D and digital design will enable effective communication with both the team and clients alike.
- As the first point of contact for our clients, you will be responsible for all aspects of both account and project management. Key to the role will be managing and assisting clients in a proactive manner, resolve issues and implementing changes that strengthen our client relationships. There will be regular onsite client meetings that will be planned, managed and run by you, however the day to day will be conducted in our office in London. Our client base covers UK, Europe, Middle East and the US.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Onboarding new clients and defining working relationships/patterns
- Project planning: creating programmes of work based on scope,timelines,tasks and deliverables
- Resource planning; running weekly resourcing meetings, booking of resources against programmes of work
- Project management of the full design project lifecycle. Including the clear articulation of the brief/deliverables/timelines to the creative team, organising regular client meetings, managing scope/creep and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Working alongside the Business Development team farming further sales from clients; including scoping/writing proposals, tendering/pitching and presenting proposals
- Proactively keeping abreast of our client’s brands to seek out new opportunities, generate new briefs and deliver outstanding work
- To manage emails, WhatsApp groups and chat channels ensuring that both client and TYC team are on top of communications and deadlines
- To manage tracking and reporting of performance to uphold team accountability and promote quality of service
- Keep documentation and record key decisions and meetings
- Escalating issues, proactively resolving problems and making critical decisions
- Proactively staying ahead of the curve on the agency’s specialties and core competencies and offering advice to clients on products or services.
Specific skills required for the role:
As our Project Manager you will have excellent organisation, communication and interpersonal skills, further skills needed for the role are:
- Experience of PM software: such as Harvest, Forecast, MS Project, Excel and Streamtime – Excellent organisational sills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written, across multiple channels (i.e., email, SMS, chat)
- Excellent listening skills
- Positive and problem-solving attitude
- Business and financial acumen
- Ability to explain and describe all elements of a creative proposal/brief
- Ability to act on client feedback and provide meaningful solutions
- Ability to compile and present reports to management
- Ability to identify client needs and act upon new areas for growth and increase sales
- Ability to instill confidence and develop relationships with C-suite clients and important stakeholders across organisational hierarchies

Qualifications required:
- +8yrs experience of working in a similar creative agency setting as a Project Manager
- Ability to demonstrate expertise in managing multiple, large creative projects. The role is studio based as we are a business built on its culture and collaboration, that said we have adopted a hybrid model which can be discussed post the probation period.
