Job description
Tasks
- Independent support for existing customers of the Statista platform, focus MENA
- Support of account managers in day-to-day business
- Onboarding of new customers, including processing of bookings and technical setup of the accounts
- Independent support of 12-month customer cycle
- Implementation of webinars and trainings
- Participation in further development of existing customer communication
- Close cooperation with sales, marketing and finance
Requirements
- Completed studies
- Fluent English and Arabic
- First experience in customer-facing role
- Hands-on mentality and independent, proactive way of working
- Ability to work in a team and enjoy working with different departments
- Sound MS Office knowledge
