Tasks

• Independent support for existing customers of the Statista platform, focus MENA
• Support of account managers in day-to-day business
• Onboarding of new customers, including processing of bookings and technical setup of the accounts
• Independent support of 12-month customer cycle
• Implementation of webinars and trainings
• Participation in further development of existing customer communication
• Close cooperation with sales, marketing and finance

Requirements

• Completed studies
• Fluent English and Arabic
• First experience in customer-facing role
• Hands-on mentality and independent, proactive way of working
• Ability to work in a team and enjoy working with different departments
• Sound MS Office knowledge
