Description
Management of the delivery of Capital Projects across the EMEA market, including: Assist and support the EMEA Project Management Lead & the Regional Leads on a day to day basis Collaborating with Apple RE&D and their nominated internal/external vendors and partners Further develop and implement standardised procedures and templates for the delivery of Capital projects across the region Ensure projects are fully co-ordinated across the design disciplines Undertake and lead the administrative tasks on multiple, simple to complex projects simultaneously Assist in the management of the project costs, budget reviews, raising purchase orders, review and processing of vendor invoices Participate in the regional technical/engineering focus group to improve consistency of delivery and service Hands-on provision of comprehensive PM tools & services Adherence to the use of established protocols, tools & processes – strong compliance Manage and follow-up with Apple Stakeholders on project delivery tracking, issues/risks and results Be responsible for project(s) meet Apple's time, cost, quality constraints & overall goals and objectives The person hired for this position will work closely with the other key Apple Delivery Lines of Business (DLOB) including Finance, IS&T, Legal, Procurement, Security and EH&S plus site Facilities Managers across the EMEA region.
Education & Experience
Understanding of European construction methods and approval processes Professional Training and Certification CPM, PMI or IFMA certification Fluent verbal and written English and German. Additional languages would be advantageous
Additional Requirements
- Regular travel throughout the EMEIA region to meet project commitments
- Occasional travel to other global regions will be a requirement
- Taking into account a range of time zone requirements participation in early morning or late evening calls may be required from time to time.
