We are seeking a customer focused and proactive Clinical Trials Project Manager to join our Clinical Trials Project Delivery team, offering a competitive salary, benefits, opportunities for international travel and development & progression avenues.
Role responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer Project Leads.
- Gather, understand, and define customer requirements.
- Lead, plan and execute service delivery projects for clinical trials.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Vitalograph products and services and deliver system & service training to external customers (in person and via web conference).
- Manage project team members and delegate tasks to deliver services for assigned projects.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and technical teams to provide deliverables that meet customer expectations.
- Undertake risk management for assigned projects work with internal & external stakeholders to identify, assess & mitigate potential project risks.
- Management of project issues; including identification, response, root cause analysis and CAPA.
- Ensure GCP compliance according to Vitalograph’s QMS.
- Report on study progress to internal & external stakeholders.
- Ensure correct creation, review, approval, and storage of project documentation as required by Vitalograph QMS.
Required skills & experience:
2 years’ experience leading meetings with customers to discuss and agree project delivery requirements.- 2 years’ experience delivering training for external customers.
- Knowledge of Project Management fundamentals & terminology and risk-based management process.
- Extensive experience of issue management, root cause analysis & CAPA implementation.
- Effective risk management, planning, organisation, leadership, and delegation skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Strong presentation preparation and delivery skills
- Highly competent with the use of Project Management tools (MS Project or equivalent).
Desired qualification:
5 GCSEs (Grade 4-9 or equivalent) including Maths & English- Degree (2:2 or higher)
