Project Manager (EMEA)
Ventiv Technology is a rapidly growing award-winning innovator of risk management technology with more than 45 years of experience in the technology business. Asia Pacific is looking for a Project Manager to join our small dynamic team to manage implementations for existing clients.
The Project Manager owns and drives timely delivery of Ventiv’s Upgrade Projects from initial project scoping through project completion. In addition to traditional PM responsibilities, the Upgrades PM may also collaborate with other Ventiv teams to design and deliver solutions as a part of the projects.
This role is hybrid out of our London or Paris office.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage all projects utilizing Ventiv project management methodology.
· Responsible for all project management activities including planning, budgeting, tracking, and reporting.
· Create and maintain all project documentation including the project plan, open items list, communication plan and risk log.
· Escalate project milestone slippage to Senior Management
· Coordinate project resources with appropriate managers
· Ensure the appropriate documentation is created to support execution of project deliverables.
· Accountable for all project tasks or deliverables
· Develop solid understanding of Ventiv customer software solutions and internal tools.
· Understand client’s business processes and system requirements.
· Ensure the solution meets the specified client requirements.
· Provide consultative services to Client to ensure the solution meets the Client’s needs.
· Coordinate and manage internal system testing and client user acceptance testing.
· Provide subject matter expert advice and assistance in troubleshooting.
· Manage client communications to effectively set expectations and ensure client satisfaction.
· Other duties, as assigned.
EDUCATION:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
· 3+ years of insurance experience (finance experience is considered)
· Fluent in English and French
· 4+ years implementing projects with external clients.
· Strong people skills
· Consultative work experience
· Strong problem-solving skills
· The ability to work hybrid out of London or Paris
PREFERENCES:
· SaaS industry experience
· Experience with Risk Management, Safety, and Claims

Pay: From £62,644.00 per year
