Job description
Open-ended, 37 hours per week
We are looking for an experienced and efficient Project Manager to oversee complex projects within the University. Your role as a Project Manager will have an excellent understanding of how to plan, organise and progress significant projects to success - providing control over agreed budget, timescales and accepted quality.
Experience of working with stakeholders at all levels and the ability to evaluate documents and complex business processes is essential as well as significant previous experience.
Educated to degree level or with equivalent experience, you will have a current certification in Project Management or be working towards obtaining the qualification. Experience of working in Higher Education whilst not essential, will be an advantage.
This is an open-ended appointment and is dependent on a particular work requirement in this Service. Should this requirement end you will receive appropriate notification of the termination of your employment in accordance with contractual provisions.
We offer an excellent employment package including hybrid working, blending a mix of remote and on-campus working (dependent on work duties).
If you are a current student at the University, you are welcome to apply for part-time roles of 15 hours or less per week, unless you are a part-time postgraduate student, in which case you can also apply for full time roles, subject to any visa requirements.
