About Us
The Guinness Partnership is one of the leading providers of affordable housing and care services in England. We build and manage homes and provide housing services for around 140,000 customers nationwide. Of our 65,000 homes, more than 70% are let at a social or affordable rent, while around 10,000 are owned or part-owned by the people who live in them.
We’re looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Our core office base is in Oldham and we operate a hybrid working style which consists of 2 days per week in the office and 3 days working remotely. In this important role, you’ll manage the end-to-end project delivery lifecycle across a range of technology driven business change and transformation projects.
Guinness is committed to investing in our people and in technology in line with our Business Strategy and our IT/IM Roadmap. Our Plan is ambitious, and we are continuing to grow our team to deliver it.
Our IT/IM Roadmap is based on the principle of Cloud first, establishing best practice processes and utilising out of the box functionality. Over the past few years we have invested in new core platforms – Dynamics 365 online, Oracle cloud (for Financials, HCM & Payroll), and we’ve brought our core Housing and Asset Management data together within the NEC Application. Our forward plan is focused on implementing our Data and our Digital Strategies, building on the foundations we have established.
This is a great time to be a part of Guinness and our IT and Change team. You will lead and oversee the delivery of a variety of technology led business change and transformation projects that span across the business. You’ll be a part of a team who values each other’s contributions and innovative ways of thinking. We are brought together by our determination to provide solutions that really improve the way our business operates – knowing that what we do ensures that our organisation can continue to best serve our customers and achieve our social purpose.
