Stellar Insurance Reinstatement Services are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join our East Coast Operations. This role will be predominantly covering our East Coast works however candidates are invited from candidates across Scotland
As part of our insurance division you will be responsible to manage multiple insurance reinstatement projects from the initial pre-start visit, to the completion sign off visit. The ideal candidate will have the ability to manage multi discipline trades, with effective communication and problem-solving abilities. A sound knowledge of Health & Safety is essential for this position as all works must adhere to current H&S regulations.
The role involves:
- Working with insurance networks and private clients
- Using client portals
- Job Management
- Reaching invoicing targets
- Work within insurance team to meet SLAS.
Successful candidates would ideally hold a trade background in joinery and be experienced in construction supervisions and multi trade works
- Good knowledge of building construction
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Experience working with scheduling tools/portals
- Health & Safety Knowledge
- Full Driving License
