Your rate of pay and hours of work
- Hourly rate of £13 to £15 per hour
- Working pattern of Monday to Friday, 8.30am – 4.30pm
- Free on-site parking
- Temporary, 9 month assignment

Responsibilities within your new role
As the new Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in project execution, taking accountability for smooth handovers from the sales team and assessing and managing the necessary activities to meet customer expectations. Your responsibilities will include accurate data entry and collation, ensuring materials are sourced as needed, and monitoring material levels. Additionally, you will proactively update customers on order progress, promptly addressing any potential issues and finding effective resolutions.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
This opportunity is open to entry-level candidates seeking exposure to a project environment, as well as individuals with prior experience in a fast-paced project department or related field. The ideal candidate should possess proficiency in various MS packages, demonstrating excellent organisational skills, and a keen eye for detail.
