Job description
The main role of the Receptionist is to be the first point of contact for guests and visitors alike; whether it be greeting guests at the main entrance or taking telephone calls.
The attributes we are looking for in our candidates are:
- Polite and courteous
- Ability to work under pressure
- Multitasking
- Experience of working with Microsoft Office Packages (Excel, Word etc)
- Excellent Self-Presentation
- Have the ability to deal with guest queries/complaints in a polite and efficient manner, to ensure any issues are resolved immediately.
- Have the ability to work alone, and as part of a team
- Ability to work weekends and overtime to cover, when necessary.
- Excellent telephone manner
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14-25 per week
Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Every weekend
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Weekends only
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Glasgow, G3 6TX: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (required)
- Complaint handling: 1 year (required)
- Microsoft Excel: 1 year (required)
- Hotel: 1 year (required)
