Hours: 37 hours per week / First couple of months full time in the office, after Hybrid approach
As an Assistant Project Manager you will proactively engage with our Customers (Householders, Developers, New Appointee & Variation), collaborate with the appropriate teams and business partners to understand and deliver the customer's need. You’ll take ownership of the projects assigned from start to finish, ensuring all timescales are met, deliverables completed and overall customer experience is looked after.
A bit of background regarding the team, we used to outsource this service and are now looking to expand this to be internal. Now the team will be under Southern Water’s big umbrella, there will be more chances for you to learn, grow, work collaboratively and make a difference.
This is an exciting chance to join a brand-new team. During your first couple of months of training you will be working at our head office in Durrington every day. Once completed, you will enjoy flexible working arrangements, working from home 2 days and coming to the office 3 days a week. You can choose to drive as we have lots of parking spaces or take public transport as we are located walking distance to local bus stops and train stations.
