Job Title: Sales Consultant

Salary: Competitive (plus bonus structure)

Firntec Ltd is a building safety consultancy providing a variety of building compliance service currently specialising in fire safety working and operating nationally in a variety of sectors providing a variety of technical consultancy and surveying services. Firntec is fast growing company with a positive and enthusiastic culture amongst the team.

As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for working with our existing database on a very targeted market, working with new potential clients to identify their needs and challenges, especially working on utilising a bespoke strategy for identifying and landing whale opportunities.

Initial Sales Consultant Role:

Responsibilities will include:

- Daily telemarketing to booking introductory meetings with potential clients

- Identifying and contacting new leads and opportunities in our database, including hunting for the whale opportunities

- Building a bespoke strategy for each and every whale opportunity including working closely with the Managing Director on landing whale opportunities.

- Putting together bespoke meeting presentations for clients

- Meeting clients virtually over Microsoft teams to introduce Firntec and understand the clients challenges then identifying the new quoting opportunities

- Gathering relevant information from clients to put together a quotation.

- Attending F2F meetings with clients with larger opportunities

- Researching the client and putting together comprehensive proposals for clients –(quotes are produced separately by estimator)

- Consistent and frequent reporting to managers against daily KPIs for Number ofCalls, New Appts, Quoted Opportunities and Sales Order Value

- Attending Exhibitions to identify new opportunities and network

- Working with the Managing Director to feedback so we can continually develop and provide the best solution for our clients

- Keeping up to date legislation to develop a robust knowledge of the company’s services and solutions

- Management and control of the company CRM system and sales lead software

- Working towards challenging but achievable KPIs

Within this role you will towards your KPIs, so experience in a Business Development role is essential. We’re looking for candidates who have the following skills and experience:
