You will be responsible for managing the efficient and timely onboarding of our clients, ensuring SmartSearch’s B2B RegTech SaaS platform is integrated seamlessly with the clients existing systems. In particular you will ensure a seamless journey of client ownership from the Enterprise BDM to the Customer Success Account Manager. This process involves rigorous project management, planning and coordination with various internal teams and subject matter experts across the business and ensuring clients are adequately informed at all stages.
You will be managing onboarding of clients including enterprise level businesses in a variety of sectors
Demonstrable project management experience with particular emphasis on communication, prioritization and keeping to deadlines within a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Confident working with technical and non-technical teams to find solutions and ensure project deadlines are being met
Developing and maintaining a project delivery plan for each project
You have demonstrable experience of successfully managing multiple complex projects, setting priorities and holding people accountable for meeting deadlines
Taking proactive measures to identify and resolve potential delays in project timelines
Strong time management and communication skills to ensure deadlines can be met within an Agile environment
You will have approximately 2-4 years of project management experience in a client focused / onboarding environment
