To support significantly increased demand for Cloudbooking’s workspace management solution, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our growing commercial team.
As an Account Manager, your primary function is to service and manage our growing client base beyond implementation/onboarding and to build better and more collaborative relationships with our clients and their companies. You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients on the Cloudbooking platform, managing their engagement, building relationships but also renewing and identifying areas for expansion. You will need to be enthusiastic, personable and great at building relationships, with a solid background in Account Management or Customer Success. It is also important that you are ambitious and very proactive.
Your Profile
· Excellent teamworking skills and adaptability to thrive remotely
· At least 2-years of experience in an Account Management or Customer Success role (B2B SaaS sales experience preferred)
· Demonstratable track record delivering on key Account Management metrics
· Ability to work to targets, multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
· Growth mind set and make-happen attitude for life in a fast-paced organisation
· Problem solver and attention to detail when delivering inspiring digital solutions
· A good collaborator, with an open, approachable style
· Ability to quickly build rapport and trust with clients and partners
· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, and data administration
It’s an added bonus if you
· Worked selling to IT, Facilities or HR personas
· Knowledge of workspace management technology
What you’ll be doing
· Manage a portfolio of Cloudbooking accounts that present opportunities for enhancement and expansion into new geographical locations and services
· Ensure the customers absolute success on the platform!
· Define and execute a success plan for expanding customer accounts by establishing an understanding of critical success and factors
· Collaborate with the Customer Services team for any future onboarding and training beyond the initial implementation and go live
· Manage client strategy across the platform, to ensure they are using it to its full capability
· Regularly meet / check-in with clients
· Work with and manage clients and stakeholders in multiple international markets
· Be responsible for engaging clients prior to license renewal
· Identify expansion opportunities within your existing portfolios
· Educate and inform clients on new features / roadmap visibility
· Work collaboratively with multiple internal departments (e.g., Sales, Product, Marketing) to evolve, scale and improve the customer’s experience

Salary Range: £35k (DOE) + OTE
