Electrical Wholesale Store Manager

This role is Monday – Friday.
This role includes generating and increasing sales through serving customers on the trade counter and by telephone, preparing customer quotations, purchase ordering, supplier negotiation and warehouse duties including, picking customer orders, plus goods in /out responsibilities and deliveries to customers.

Role + Responsibilities
- Assist in all aspects of Branch Management – customer service, sales (face to face and over the phone) warehouse, stock control and staffing issues
- Satisfy customer orders by carrying out goods received and general stock control duties
- Manage staff within branch warehouse and delivery vehicles
- Schedule and organise deliveries in and out of the branch
- Deal with any Non-Conformance's that may arise
- Deal with customers face to face and other specific advice to customers on products and their use
- Take and make customer orders over the phone
- Unload vehicles efficiently, check deliveries and put away stock as necessary, pick items to fulfill customer orders
- Maintain a clean, tidy and safe working environment in the branch
- Participate in stock management process
- Continuously improve customer service
- Comply with Company policy and procedures
- Keep up to date with changes in relevant legislation, regulation, market developments, products and company news
- Act in a professional manner providing an example to staff
- Demonstrate and encourage flexibility in order to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the overall business
