What you'll do
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead all aspects of the development, delivery and launch of new customer facing video related products and features. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management, product development, and ideally some expertise in either consumer electronics and/or video technologies.
In this role, you'll:

Create and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution of projects.

Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, engineering, design, and operations to drive project goals and milestones.

Ensure project risks and issues are identified tracked and communicated. Ensuring mitigations are in place and resolved through agreement with the various parties.

Track and report on project status, identifying issues and proposing solutions to key partners.

Be responsible for the delivery of new features End-to-End - ensuring alignment across the group to make sure everyone is working towards the same end goals.

Build and maintain relationships with our internal and external delivery teams, to ensure cross-programme dependencies are understood.

Work directly with senior collaborator groups and highlight the need for senior level support / decision making where required.

Take ownership of the roadmap governance to enable effective communication across all teams and facilitates decision making.

Own the prioritisation and planning sessions, and empower the teams to make priority calls over what work is needed.

Drive continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
What you’ll bring

A background of successfully delivering new features or products to customers

Experience of working with complementary teams across technology and design fields
-
Good project management background and experience working with agile teams
-
Consistent track record of engaging teams along with the senior leadership group. Demonstrating a high resilience to appropriately handle conflicting priorities.

Great communication skills

A problem solver who is comfortable both taking a broad strategic view, and diving into the detail to get issues resolved.

Experience of using common tools, such as Jira and Confluence
