Job description
The Programme Management Office provides direct project resource, along with advice, guidance, training and mentoring on all aspects of project management to ensure a consistent approach to delivery, including Sironas contribution to wider system partner programmes of work. The PMO also provides regular reporting for oversight, assurance, transparency, and informed decision making through Sironas defined programme and planning governance structure.
The Programme Management Office provides a structure for project management methodology (QSIR) with an approach that is robust, safe, and effective.

It delivers the above through:
Providing direct support and engagement of both internal and external key stakeholders during the full project journey
Developing and maintaining Sironas preferred programme & project management methodology and associated tools, and templates
Providing programme & project expertise project set-up, risk and issue management, project implementation/change management, benefits realization, and project closure
Reviewing and implementing key project delivery and governance processes through a cycle of continuous improvement
The Programme Management Office Team sits within its Transformation Directorate and works closely with the Business Planning, Transformation, Governance and Communications teams in the Directorate.
