This role can be based in our London OR Haywards Heath office with options for flexible/remote working.
The Opportunity:
This an opportunity to really own and develop project management within an exciting fast paced, and fast growing, fintech. You will be providing Project Management for key deliverables across the whole of the business and technology.
The challenge will be to keep up with huge growth and positive expansion as we build out new “best in class” technology and what exciting prospects that brings across Shieldpay. You will be responsible for setting up projects, tracking and reporting deliverables, risks, and statuses. Alongside this, delivering updates to all stakeholders. This is an opportunity to bring cohesion and focus through facilitation, active support, and communication.
What you'll do:

Work with key stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic aims and outcomes
required for projects - Complete project management ownership for prioritised projects from initiation, through to completion
- Creating appropriate progress tracking and reporting
- Delivering up to date and meaningful metrics and dashboards
- Proactively identify risks and issues on projects and mitigate and manage these
- Providing up to date and understandable updates to a range of
stakeholders/audiences
What are we looking for in you:
- Excellent organisation skills!
- Proven experience in Project Management in a similar scale-up environment,
qualifications in in Project Management is a must - Recent agile/technology environment and/or operations
- Able to identify where project management is needed to facilitate progress and
value add - Great ambition and focus who will fully commit to this role
- Adaptability and keenness to learn new skills
- Proactive confidence to develop and drive forwards standard project management processes across the group
- Driven to deliver the best in class and not to settle for anything less
- Excellent written and spoken English – comfortable presenting up to board level
- PMO and Fintech experience would be a plus!
