We work with digital audio broadcasting providers, mobile network operators and landlords to design, install, finance and manage wireless networks that deliver great connectivity.

Reporting into the Head of Acquisition, the successful candidate will be responsible for the acquisition of new sites, working with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the effective management and successful delivery of projects.

Hands on training will be provided from the start allowing you to make a positive impact in a short period of time.

This role is primarily based at our office in Lymington, Hampshire with remote working available. There will also be an element of travel involved to sites within the UK and Ireland as required. This will vary from week to week depending on the needs of the business.

Candidate Duties

Your role will include the following generic duties but will also include department specific duties:

· Manage multiple end-to-end projects from the initial site acquisition through to the point of site build, ensuring that all projects are realistically planned and implemented effectively

· Identify and approach prospective landlords to build client networks

· Negotiate commercials and contract terms with prospective landlords and clients

· Oversee the design of new telecommunication installations across rooftop and greenfield sites

· Manage a variety of internal and external stakeholder relationships including surveyors, planning consultants, design consultants, utility providers and legal teams to successfully drive projects forward

· Client relationship management across digital audio broadcasting and mobile network operators

· Maintaining the accuracy of project information in Salesforce (CRM) and SharePoint

· Forecasting and reporting of all project elements against key milestones

· Producing accurate and high-quality reports to be used both internally and externally

· Providing a full range of support to the senior management team

· Salary £40,000 - £45,000

· Bonus scheme up to 20% of basic salary per annum

Notes

· Telecoms experience is not required

· Experience with online project CRM systems is desirable
