This is an exciting opportunity for you to join Sense’s talented, close-knit Brand and Content team as our Creative and Digital Project Manager (maternity cover contract). We’re a hybrid-working organisation, with a mix of working from home and from the London office.
The Creative and Digital Project Manager is a crucial role within the Engagement department. You’ll be responsible for the production and delivery of creative projects across digital and print. It’s a role that will see you work closely with a variety of fantastic teams from all areas of our organisation.
You’ll learn about the strategic and content objectives of different teams; will quickly get to grips with the detail of individual project requirements; and will drive cross-team alignment to ensure efficient workstreams and high-quality work. One of the highest priority working relationships you’ll maintain is with the Digital Engagement team. Our two teams are in near-constant collaboration across many campaigns and creative projects.
This role is perfect for someone who is well versed in the creative development process, has excellent stakeholder management skills, demonstrable experience in delivering creative projects on time and within budget, and who is able to prioritise effectively. Whether your experience comes from an agency role or in-house account management, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities
Liaising with internal stakeholders to understand their goals and strategic objectives
Project managing tasks and activities through our content and digital teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget
Ensuring creative projects deliver against marketing and fundraising goals
Communicating effectively with stakeholders and contractors about timelines and expectations Key skills and experience
Project management of digital and creative print creative projects, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities
Understanding of creative development and production processes for both print and digital
Experience working with internal creatives and external suppliers
Experience of planning and project management tools
Stakeholder management
Interest and awareness of new approaches to digital and marketing
