We are looking for an IT Service Delivery & Project Manager to join a successful software company based in Cumbria. The company create bespoke software for the financial services sector and are seeing rapid growth year-on-year. This is an excellent time to join the company as they have lots of plans for growth going forward and are working on some interesting new projects.
The role will involve developing and delivering a robust service delivery strategy to support their SaaS platform, delivery of multiple projects and support for ongoing services.
Responsibilities:
Lead the service delivery and technical team to ensure that processes and responsibilities are completed efficiently.
Work with current and support the onboarding of new partners.
Implement and maintain appropriate Service Level Agreements.
Ensure governance, risk and compliance regulations are met.
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and liaise effectively with other teams throughout the business.
Assist in and lead on technical projects and tasks.
Manage a team of 3 direct reports.
We are looking for someone with previous experience in a relevant IT service delivery position, preferably from a financial services background, although they are open to applicants from different sectors.
Other requirements:
Experience working with and managing stakeholder relationships.
Experience of working on numerous and concurrent projects.
Experience working in an Agile environment.
Proven ability to lead a team - highly beneficial.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
The company is offering flexible working arrangements with the requirement to be in the office twice a month and the remainder working from home.
