An exciting opportunity to work within an expanding team at an exciting and innovative company based in Witney. We are looking for a new account administrator to work with a global client sourcing and supplying bespoke gifts. Your role will include:
· Sourcing bespoke gifts for VIP clients
· Processing Sales & Purchase orders
· Producing client delivery reports
· Creating & maintaining a product database
· Project managing & co-ordinating client requests from the Sales team
· General administration and query resolutions
The successful candidate will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, have the ability to multitask, be well organised and able to liaise with clients and suppliers in a professional manner. This is a varied and interesting role which will require prioritisation skills and the ability to work closely with other members of the team.
· Salary on offer is £20,000-25000 pa, depending on experience
· Statutory pension contribution
· Hours 09.00-17:00 (Mon-Fri)
· 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
