Responsibilities:
Project Planning and Strategy:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budgeting.
Create strategies to ensure effective project execution and successful outcomes.
Project Leadership and Management:
Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment to promote productivity and motivation.
Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure adherence to project management best practices and standards.
Stakeholder Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the enterprise customer, internal teams, and external vendors.
Facilitate effective communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment and manage expectations.
Regularly report project status, milestones, and key metrics to stakeholders at various levels.
Resource Allocation and Budget Management:
Identify and allocate necessary resources to support project activities.
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient utilization of allocated funds.
Conduct regular financial analysis and provide accurate forecasting to ensure project profitability.
Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure project deliverables meet the required standards.
Identify and assess project risks, develop risk mitigation strategies, and monitor risk throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas of improvement and share lessons learned.
Minimum Requirements:
5+ years as a Project Manager
Prefered Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Project Management, Business Administration, Life Sciences) is required. Advanced degrees are a plus.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or biotechnical industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
