We're looking for a brilliant Mid-Weight Creative Studio Project Manager to join OVO Creative Studio. You should be a great teammate, capable of building strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders, designers, and copywriters.
Your strong project management skills will ensure that all special and BAU studio projects are delivered according to brief, budget, and timelines. You'll remain calm under pressure, keeping the team composed during tight schedules, and maintain high delivery standards.
This role requires a background in creative delivery, ideally with either in-house or agency experience. Working within the OVO Creative Studio you'll be responsible for the delivery of content being produced for OVO from video to pop-up banners, bespoke visuals and comms, to van wraps or policy documents.
You'll need to have fantastic communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and manage external and internal stakeholders whilst keeping projects on track. You will ensure our internal processes are translated into working practices on your projects, and be responsible for ensuring these are adhered to at all times.
Additionally, we're seeking an individual who brings contagious energy and positivity to the team and is inspired by OVO's zero carbon journey with its customers.
This role in a nutshell:
- Partner with one or multiple briefing workstreams and be their point of contact for briefing, scoping, management of projects and process improvements and communication. Work with them on their utilisation rate of studio resource and help to manage the prioritisation of their pipeline
- Work with stakeholders to develop creative briefs, ensuring all tasks are clearly defined for the studio creative team
- Day-to-day management and guidance of project progress, resource planning, management and coordination of all project deliverables
- Ensure all processes are upheld & any areas for process development are worked through with the Senior Project Manager
- Shaping processes where needed for special projects/identified departments with Support from the Senior Project Manager
- Deliver BAU Projects as your bread and butter, utilising Monday.com, for certain areas of the business (to be defined when you join) & special projects based upon objectives / requirements of the business
- Collaborate and communicate with multiple stakeholders across the organisation to clearly define business outcomes, required project deliverables and key milestones
- Regular check ins with key briefing teams to discuss upcoming briefs, ensuring we have the right resource lined up to deliver them
- Identifying and managing stakeholders effectively, anticipating challenges, and developing plans to address risks

- This person will have a track record in delivering creative comms work for Marketing teams in a 'startup' or 'turnaround' ideally in fast paced, retailing environments. They will have;
- Proven experience in project management, ideally in house brand side, agency applicants will be considered if skills align
- Proven experience of supporting projects that are already moving and an ability to add value from day one. Specific experience of the project management of marketing and brand teams
- Exhibit resilience, enthusiasm, and energy, adapting positively to new ideas and changes within the dynamic business landscape
- An exemplary teammate, at their best when working within a collective to deliver a shared vision
- Possess influencing and engagement skills, with the ability to develop powerful working relationships quickly and maintains them successfully
- Be process driven, with experience of implementing and improving day to day Studio processes
- Organisation skills are critical - you will be coordinating multiple partners across multiple tasks from multiple projects daily
- Proactive project manager used to working to tight timeframes

We'll pay you between £35,000 and £45,000, depending on your specific skills and experience. If your expectations are a little different, have a chat with us!
