Overview
We are looking for an ambitious and proactive project manager. The eligible candidate must have a passion for financial services, a willingness to share expertise and experience with our team to support the business growth.
We require a capable project manager to drive go to market activity linked to key initiatives. Key focus will be business process, execution against strategy, resourcing, tools and collateral and measuring outcomes. A collaborative growth attitude is essential for success within the firm.
One.io Services Limited’s London office is a growing hub for the group. You will be a key part of the team bringing project management expertise to complement initiatives and processes to grow the business. Responsibility will be given to you fast and you will be expected to manage with emotional maturity the challenges and excitement of this vibrant and scaling business.
As a Project Manager you will be responsible for planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Define and manage the resources allocated to any given project
- Track project activities in order to meet delivery timelines
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
- Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
- Utilise industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
Skills and Experience
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle
- Excellent analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
- Ability to analyse and think quickly and to resolve conflict
- Ability to work with and lead a team
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
