Customer Support Representative Responsibilities:
- Provide product and service information to customers by answering questions and offering assistance
- Offer tailored solutions to customers that exceed their needs by actively listening to their needs and concerns
- Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of our services, products, and sales promotions by attending company meetings and client webinars
- Outperform standards and expectations with a positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and rigorous determination
- Engage in continuous learning opportunities and meetings to drive sales margins and improve the customer experience
- Ensure actions comply with company policies and guidelines
- Initiate contact with customers, authorized third parties, and vendors to generate sales accounts
- Keep up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales transactions

Education/Experience We Are Looking For in a Customer Support Representative:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required
- 0-2 years of previous experience in customer support, retail, enrollment, or sales
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $56,000.00 per year
