The future starts here! Ready to join NXP as a Graduate Project/Programme Manager? We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in Glasgow.
NXP’s Automotive Processing programme management team leads the development of our next generation of microcontroller and microprocessors directed at automotive applications. The group is responsible for leading global cross disciplinary teams to take new products from concept through to volume production. The Graduate Programme Manager would initially start their career by supporting our existing programme managers and helping to drive improvements within the organisation with the long team goal of developing to eventually be able to lead a New Product Development and Introduction programme. Support will be provided to attain the globally recognised Project Management Professional (PMP) Qualification.
Responsibilities:
- Developing dashboards to help consolidate, communicate, track and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) with the objective of improving project performance and processes within the business line
- Developing, analysing and tracking programme budgets, resources and schedules
- Communicating project status to internal stakeholders verbally and via reports
- Developing, Improving and documenting New Product Introduction processes
- Providing support to the programme managers
Profile:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in engineering, economics, informatics, information management, Data Science, business administration or equivalent
- Basic understanding of Semiconductors / Semiconductor Industry
- Knowledge of MS Office 365 tools (especially Excel and Project)
- Knowledge of SharePoint, PowerQuery and PowerBI and ability to build dashboards in PowerBI
- Accurate, efficient & structured way of working
- Strong analytical skills
