Our public sector client is currently looking to recruit a Change Project Manager on an initial 6 month contract, working remotely.

Project Manager – Designated School Grant programme
£465 per day
Remote

The successful candidate will have previous experience working as a Project Manager on Change / Transformation projects, and ideally have worked within the public sector. The client is looking to transform the way services are delivered, in order to create a more joined up approach across social care and education, with particular focus from a change perspective on the process of how grants and funds are managed and transformation of the way schools are supported. The initial part of the role will be to develop a test and learn pilot.

Key duties

• Understanding the scope and objectives of their project
• Mobilising the team needed to plan and deliver the project
• Producing and baselining a comprehensive, task-level plan with the team
• Designing and coordinating consultation and engagement with relevant stakeholders
• Maintaining and reporting on a view of progress against plan and budget
