Interested in taking on a high profile role that will drive improved outcomes and make a difference to the delivery of patient care across Scotland? Have a passion for delivering projects that could help us address the big challenges facing NHS Scotland? This role will provide the post holder(s) with a unique opportunity to manage the delivery of a high profile Dermatology project at a national level as part of the Centre for Sustainable Delivery.
The post holder will be comfortable working in close collaboration with a wide range of key partners and stakeholders, in both national and territorial Boards, they will be able to apply strong project management skills and also an ability to communicate a clear vision for change.
The successful candidate(s) should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to secure clinical and operational engagement and drive safe, effective and person centered improvements in care on a Once for Scotland basis. They will be exhibit a demonstrable in depth understanding of project management and improvement methodologies, with recognised expertise in practical application. The ability to work within a political context, a fast pace environment, managing deadlines and being responsive to changing priorities is essential.
