An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new post in the Dundee HSCP Primary Care team for a suitably knowledgeable and experienced individual to support Primary Care within Dundee. The post will provide project management for Primary Care Improvement work, with both Dundee specific (2 days) and Tayside wide (3 days) elements. There is significant ongoing development of services which support people accessing care within primary care, linked to the GMS 2018 contract for General Practice. This post is key in supporting elements of that change programme.
We are looking for a flexible person with an interest in primary care to support the work in delivering outcomes and benefits to the required level of quality, on time and within budget.
The successful candidate would mainly be based within the team in Dundee; as this post is also Tayside wide the ability to travel across the locality is a requirement of the post. We would be keen to support learning and development within the post.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
