Job Description:

• InterGreat Education Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Education Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Education Consultant, you will play a crucial role in facilitating UK Independent School applications for Chinese students, focusing on the Chinese market.

Main responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance and support to Chinese students and their families throughout the UK Independent School application process, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of their educational objectives, preferences, and cultural requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with Chinese student recruitment agencies, educational institutions, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance collaboration and facilitate successful student placements.
• Liaise with Independent School Advisor to conduct thorough assessments of prospective students' academic backgrounds, extracurricular activities, and personal interests to identify suitable UK Independent Schools that align with their individual needs.
• Assist students in completing application forms within the application deadline set by UK independent schools, ensuring that applications meet the highest standards of quality and adhere to UK Independent School admission requirements.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and trends in UK Independent School admissions, scholarship opportunities, and visa regulations, providing accurate and up-to-date information to students, parents, and educational partners.
• Implement effective marketing strategies targeting the Chinese market, including digital and social media campaigns, industry events, and educational fairs, to raise awareness of our services and promote our expertise in UK Independent School applications.
• Take initiative to support and/or host informative workshops and seminars for Chinese students and parents, offering insights into the UK education system, application timelines, and providing valuable tips for successful applications.
• Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and student demographics to identify opportunities for business growth and to enhance our services in the Chinese market.
• Collaborate with the company's leadership team to develop and implement strategies to expand our reach and maximise the potential of the Chinese market.
• Maintain an accurate ledger of student details and applications in the CRM system.
• Complete accurate administrative and KPI tasks for the role.

Education, Qualifications and Language:

• A bachelor's degree or above.
• Proven experience as an Education Consultant, with a specific focus on UK Independent School applications and the Chinese market.
• In-depth knowledge of the UK education system, including understanding the admissions process for UK Independent Schools, curriculum frameworks, and school rankings.
• Familiarity with the Chinese education system and culture, with a deep understanding of the expectations and requirements of Chinese students and their families.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities, ensuring the efficient management of multiple student applications simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English, both written and verbal, is essential.
• Extensive network and connections within the Chinese education community and experience working with Chinese student recruitment agencies are highly beneficial.

Salary:

• Base salary: £25,000 - £30,000
• Commission on each deal monthly and end of year bonus adhere to KPI - potential yearly gross income of £35,000 - £55,000 +
• Flexible working hours (subject to performance)
• Annual salary and bonus review

Salary: £25,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
