What you’ll be responsible for:

· Support the Associate Director with developing investment strategies, benefits realisation, and transformation programmes to bring effectiveness and efficiencies to the provider collaboratives.

· Support senior managers across the directorate to provide planning and project management support as required for delivery of key results.

· Work with teams, professional leads and managers, and with external stakeholders, to support redesign and service development activity.

· Deliver projects ensuring that quality and safety of services are maintained and improved.

The role will involve, but not be limited to you performing the above

You’ll learn the following whilst working at the trust:

· An in depth understanding of the roles and responsibilities involved in working within the NHS

· Knowledge of the systems used, to effectively complete your role to the highest standard at all times

· A sense of teamwork, gained through working alongside and supporting colleagues from all levels, within the organisation

You’ll have the following skills/experience:

· Proven track record of project management

· Ability to present highly complex information to management colleagues

· Broad understanding of national standards and performance measurement processes

· Established user of MS word, excel, PowerPoint, databases.

· Understanding of clinical services. (Desirable)
