We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our team.
What our Project Manager will do
This Project Manager position has been newly created to help support the business with projects related to Next Gen technologies. You will be liaising with numerous stakeholders, managing multi-million-pound projects of work (and sometimes several concurrently), and having a genuine impact on the success of the wider business.
Reporting to the Program Director, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of new products from concept to production. You will hold a key role within the business managing the development and improvement of future generation Power MOSFET, a specific type of transistor designed to handle significant power. This role requires a strong drive to deliver, a need to improve time-to-market, a passion for problem solving and the desire to improve efficiency in how we work.

Essential
- A degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Physics, Electronics Engineering, or a relevant discipline
- A proven track record of successful management and delivery of multi-million pound high impact projects
- Relevant project management qualification(s)
- Experience of managing diverse project teams
- A proven track record of building high performing teams
Beneficial
- Understanding of Power MOSFET design
- Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and packages
- Prior experience of running large scale projects concurrently
