The Role
NeuerEnergy is looking for a Technical Project Manager to work on our internal projects, primarily focusing on planning project requirements, delivery windows and ideally designing the RESTful API services.
Duties include:
● Lead and own delivery of features
● Track and report on feature progress (budget/quality/schedule) on an agreed periodic basis
● Maintain roadmap for features and communicate to stakeholders
● Define and implement repeatable project governance
● Define best practice for logging and tracking requirements, user stories and provide project management
● Manage capture of requirements and system documentation
● Collaborate with engineering team members and business stakeholders to
deliver requirements
● Lead product owners and QA in successful execution of acceptance testing
● Run agile team ceremonies including sprint planning; daily standups; sprint demo; backlog grooming; and, sprint retrospective
● Actively resolve blockers to facilitate feature delivery
● Track and report on budgets
Skills & Experience
Essential Desirable
● Background in software development, including hands-on ● Degree or Masters in programming Relevant field

● Understanding of microservices and event-driven/messaging architectures
● Strong understanding of how to use JIRA and
Confluence on Agile projects
● Familiar with collaboration tools such as Slack and
Microsoft Teams
