Brief Description
An opportunity has arisen within the East Coast Change team. We are looking for a Project Leader (Change) to join us on Network Rails East Coast Route on. You will become an integral member of a team that reports to the East Coast Route Director, with the opportunity to support on a wide range of projects that influence all areas of the Route Business.
This is your chance to inspire and develop initiatives vital to our success across the Route whilst developing your career in project management.

Role and Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
1. Manage the development and delivery of change projects in compliance with company processes and procedures.
2. Manage the production of project management plans for change projects.
3. Establish and manage collaborative cross-functional virtual teams to deliver change projects, where appropriate.
4. Deliver regular progress reports on change projects, including relevant risks and issues, to Executive Sponsors and Functional Directors.
5. Manage project budgets within agreed targets.
6. Promote and monitor the use of efficiency improvement methods.
7. Disseminate lessons learnt.

We adhere to a structured pay framework, any salary offered will be within the following pay range: starting at £34,050per annum and increasing to £38,305 per annum.
