Self-sufficient, confident in making clear decisions and always have the best interest of our team (and business) at heart.
You will need to be experienced in leadership of front of house with high standards of day-to-day shift running, you’ll also have to be competent in the less exciting tasks too, such as back-of-house admin, stock control, eligibility, and an understanding of P&L … but we can talk more on that in your interview.
