Position summary
Here at Nestlé Health Science are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager. Reporting into the Senior Project Manager, this role will play a key part in planning and leading I&R projects E2E via the ‘Idea to Launch’ (I2L) approach (from Identify to Delivery Stage) and orchestrate a cross-functional and multi-disciplinary team to achieve the project defined Key Success Criteria and deliver against the business case. The ideal candidate would ensure that they adopt the idea to launch mindset and champion the framework with I&R launches.
A day in the life of a Project Manager...
In this role, you will need to apply project management tools and skills to ensure the on-scope, on-time and on-quality launch and flawless execution of I&R projects of medium to high complexity from Identify to end of delivery stage within the idea to launch framework. However, you will also:
- Leverage own functional expertise and network to steer project team towards best solution definition and execution.
- Coordinating and facilitating project meetings including kick-off meeting, kick-start meetings, check-in meetings, regular project meetings, risk assessments, post launch reviews and additional meetings or workshops as required
- Lead Key Success Criteria definition with project team, challenge KSC with an unbiased view to assure speed and get validation from Decider(s)
- Drive timely preparation of the Business Opportunity, Business Case and Business Plan along the flow
- Drive Opportunity and Risk Management and escalating critical issues to Decider(s)
- Leading internal and external Stakeholders management: identify stakeholders, distribute responsibilities among project team and ensure proper communication (key stakeholders being operators/business partners/markets/key customers)
- Capture and share lessons learnt
- Ensure process execution across markets and implementation of key NPD's at key customers as defined per roll-out strategy.
What will make you successful?
To be successful in this role you will ideally already have some fantastic operational experience under your belt, ideally within a retail or FMCG environment as a dedicated Project Manager. You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Acting as an ambassador for the Nestle brand, you will have excellent project management skills coupled with your ability to influence across all levels. It is a given that you will know the importance of being able to flex your style whilst working in an environment that can be, at times, ambiguous and pressured. Willingness to learn and keen to adopt the idea to launch (I2L) mindset and champion the approach and framework.
