Hey Everyone…I'm HIRING!I’m looking for a sales professional who wants to lock arms with my fast growing business!We specialise in helping students improve their GCSE Maths, Science & English grades allowing them to change their destinies and choose any university and career pathway they put their mind to.And I’m hiring because we are growing faster than I can currently handle.In the past 2 years - the company revenue growth has increased by over *4X* - and the company mission and vision is to change THOUSANDS of students' lives by the end of 2023.The company goal is to help 2,000 students by the end of 2023 and with the right personnel on board we will be on track to do this.So I’m looking for someone who wants to be a part of this fast growing mission, business & culture.WHO I’M LOOKING FOR:- Someone who can spend 15-25h per week taking sales calls with prospective clients (evening and weekend work ONLY)- Previous sales experience over the phone or via a video platform- The ability to take sales calls on zoom with UK families- Growth oriented attitude- Team player who loves to win big & have fun- Loves creating impact- Well organised and efficient with their time- Is coachable and takes direction well- Is friendly and personableWHAT THIS ROLE INCLUDES:- Must be able to work from home- This will start as a part time position and move to a full time one when performance metrics are hit (and if the individual would like to increase their hours)- Commissions + bonuses- Flexible hours (evenings and weekends only)- Potential to take a leadership role as you progress- Part-time pay from £1000-2000 per month based on performance- Full-time pay from £2300-4000 per month based on performanceHOW TO APPLY TODAY:Click the indeed link and apply through there.✅ IMPORTANT!
