Due to continued growth we are looking for a Project Manager, specifically specilising in Locken & Handover Acceptance. You will be working closely with other members of the Locken and H&A Team to ensure our customer expectations are met. Reporting to the H&A Manager within the Projects Team, you will be responsible for ensuring their projects are managed, planned and delivered within the agreed SLA's.
What are the main role expectations?
As the PM - Locken & Handover Acceptance you will be required to work with key stakeholders, both internally & externally, review the H&A process and monitor KPIs, whilst also reviewing site acceptance documentation. The PM will also be expected to manage and own defect to closure, ensuring the correct work activity is captured in all systems and tools and reviewing and managing work schedules for Locken installation. You will also be key in the Project Management of the delivery element back into the Customer.
What are the main duties of the PM - Locken & Handover Acceptance?
You will be the primary point of contact for field & office teams in relation to Locken & Handover Acceptance, working with the Customer and third parties to ensure Handover Packs and audits are completed within agreed SLA's & scope, ensuring all issues are escalated and managed through to completion. You will aslo be required to review of site packs (DDV), to ensure they meet with Customer's criteria whislt also participating in various meetings with the Customer.
The management of Defects, including the analysis and reporting – Data accuracy is key to this role so chairing defect meetings bi-weekly / supporting the wider team to achieve excellent customer service on this matter will be the PM's responsibilty.
What does our ideal candidate look like?
Proven experience of working in the telecommunications environment & field experience is essential. You will have good overall contract knowledge along with a good knowledge of Telecoms Build Specification. This will be combined with the below:-
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and tools and systems
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills both verbal in writing
- Ability to solve problems positively and be pragmatic
- Proven ability to work under pressure and be able to prioritise
- Team Worker
- Self-motivated, tenacious, and result-oriented with a positive outlook
Are there any specific qualifications or experience required for the role?
- A proven technical competence and experience e.g. C&G or NVQ Level 2/3 along with experience of working in a project related role.
- A background in management of FM/Telecommunication engineers is desirable,
- Experience of working with CMDB and OMNIX.
