LVFS have an exciting 12 month FTC opportunity for a Project Manager who will be responsible for delivery of several congruent technical workstreams as well as shaping project/programme requirements and securing funding approvals.
Manage project / programme delivery in line with LV= PMO and business change processes, supporting project sponsor to deliver objectives / benefits within cost, time and quality constraints, including Project definition, Project Planning, Progress reporting, Issue / Risk Management, Dependency Management, Budget Management, and Stakeholder management at a variety of levels. You will also lead and develop a team of multidisciplinary LV= colleagues to achieve the objectives of the project/programme.
This role will ideally be based on a Hybrid working pattern based in our offices in Bournemouth (ideally in the offices 2-3 days per week)
About you
- Experience of managing a range of complex projects in a multi-cultural partially outsourced delivery model, with the ability to lead across multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to lead project teams through delivery cycle proficiently, using the most appropriate project management methodology
- Confidence and capability to actively participate in engagement and management of third-party suppliers as part of project/programme delivery
- Take responsibility for developing process improvement opportunities and project management best practice within the team
- Ability to apply PM skills to more complex situations, and to support the business sponsor in shaping the structure and agile delivery approach of the project/programme

- Excellent communication/stakeholder management skills with ability to present to and facilitate larger groups, up to Executive level
- Experience of managing internal and external delivery partners
- Strong Commercial/business awareness
- Experience of managing a range of complex projects. This is likely to require more than 5 years Project or Programme Management, across different portfolios or business functions, with multiple stakeholders and suppliers
- Ability to define governance structures for multiple/larger projects
- Knowledge and experience of different project management methodologies & tools; including waterfall, agile and hybrid, together the ability to apply them in a way which optimises the project team’s ability to deliver. PM/Agile PM certification, relevant degree or QBE beneficial
- Good MS Office and project software skills
- Experience of both Legacy (on-prem) & Cloud (Azure) software
- Knowledge of Infrastructure and networking skills beneficial
- Problem solving skills
