Loughborough University is looking for a dynamic and passionate individual to oversee our athlete recruitment and project work in the Athletic Union and performance programmes.
This role requires a self-starter with excellent communication skills and the confidence to speak to a wide variety of people about the benefits of being part of a Loughborough Sport performance programme. The successful candidate will bring substantial experience in organisation and project management, with the ability to run projects in a variety of spheres. They will also have the skills to recruit athletes to our performance programmes from both the UK and overseas, working in partnership with internal departments and external organisations.
