Barca-Leeds is a community-based charity. We are an organisation that delivers transformational services to adults, children,
young people and families in Leeds, bringing people and services together to better respond to the needs of each individual.
We wish to appoint:
1 x Project Administrator
Fixed Term until 31st March 2025 (with the likelihood of extension - subject to funding)
Hours – Part Time (15 hours)
Salary: £21,810 pro-rata
BARCA Leeds are excited to be launching and leading on a new Leeds partnership programme to provide a service which will
help 16-17-year olds (up to 25 SEND / Care Experienced), at risk of or already NEET to develop life skills, work readiness, get
involved in social activity, mixing and move back towards education, employment and training.
The successful candidate will support the project manager and partnership. They will have experience of working with internal
and external partners who support young people with multiple needs as well as daily use of excel and data inputting, scheduling,
checking eligibility criteria, taking minutes, reporting, financial purchasing, invoicing and monitoring as well as the use of social
media, communications and marketing.
The team will be based at BARCA Leeds offices and work across the city attending partner meetings and develop good
relationships and partnerships internally to promote the service. They will have excellent communication skills and be motivated
in helping set up, establish and develop a new service.
