£9.50 per hour + Incentives + Quarterly Bounus

Working within a busy warehouse environment and reporting to the Showroom Management team, you are responsible for achieving business objectives through warehouse support. Whilst not exhaustive, your role and responsibilities are listed below.

Key duties & responsibilities are:

Ensuring safe stacking and housekeeping of locations.

Replenishing of stock.

Picking, packing and despatching orders when required.

Following the packing lists/pick notes to ensure there are no errors.

Be involved in stock-taking when required.

Ensuring that the company’s health and safety policies are being adhered to at all times.

Communicate well with colleagues and management in order to maintain a high flow of information

Ensuring all equipment is used safely and professionally at all times

Ensuring the Warehouse is clean, tidy and professionally presented.

Adhering to any H&S rules and regulations.

Completing e-learning as soon as possible.

Ensuring any accidents and near misses are logged correctly in the accident book.

Reporting discrepancies and problems to superiors.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 21 per week

Salary: £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

• Bonus scheme
• Quarterly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Coventry: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

• Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
