Description
The Project Manager will support senior management in the effective delivery of projects to support the company strategy. Ensuring that projects are embedded into the business and delivering good outcomes for customers, stakeholders, and the company. The Project Manager will support and help manage a full project portfolio, managing the project lifecycle from inception through the delivery stages and provide assurance that projects have been delivered satisfactorily.
The ideal candidate will have project management experience in a relevant regulated financial services sector, preferably regulated mortgages. This is predominantly a remote based role with occasional travel to Skipton, Yorkshire. Salary is £50K-£70K DOE.

Key Responsibilities
Responsible for the successful management of projects across Landmark Mortgages, ensuring projects are managed with a high level of governance. Through the application of the company’s project governance framework, ensure all projects are effectively managed and stakeholder reporting is comprehensive.
- Maintain responsibility for the delivery of regulatory focussed projects, and other business projects where required;
- Assist in the definition of project scope, objectives and requirements engaging all relevant stakeholders;
- Creation and maintenance of project documentation such as, PIDs, Project Plans, resource planning, RAID management and stakeholder reporting;
- Proactive and autonomous management of project workstreams, working alongside workstream leads to ensure objectives and deadlines are met;
- Ensure progress is tracked and accurately reported against project timelines;
- Preparation and presentation of reporting on project status and performance;
- Lead Project Steering meetings & project working meetings
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
- Project management in a relevant regulated financial services sector, preferably regulated mortgages
- Understanding of relevant FCA regulatory requirements, including MCOB and Consumer Duty, as well as CCA requirements
- Proven stakeholder management skills spanning all levels of staff from front line to Executive Committee members
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Disciplined, methodical and analytical mindset
